My name is Franco Cachay. I'm a junior at UCLA and an incoming intern at Ramp for Summer 2026.

I grew up in San Diego, though both sides of my family hail from Peru. This has shaped an important part of my life and career aspirations; it has also made me fluent in Spanish.

I believe in maximizing opportunities. This belief has shaped my past involvements (some of which are highlighted below), but it also inspires me to build something that can meaningfully impact the world.

I'm drawn to new experiences. I spent four months living in Madrid this past year, where I traveled as much as I could, ate everything in sight, and picked up DJing.
